When revisiting a level after collecting a Star Coin, a blue transparent Star Coin will be in its place (similar to already-collected Power Stars in the 3D Mario games). When a Star Coin is collected, the player earns 1,000 points, and the Star Coin is displayed on the touch screen to indicate that it has been collected. In this game, three Star Coins can be found in each of the game's levels (with the exception of Toad Houses and Warp Cannons). Star Coins make their debut in New Super Mario Bros. 1.11 Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.1.10 Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. 1.8 Super Mario 3D World / Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury.1.7 Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move.U / New Super Luigi U / New Super Mario Bros. This level can only be accessed after the players find the secret exit in 7-Fortress. This level is the only one to feature Foos. This is a level very reminiscent to 7-1, except instead of moving blocks, there are moving pipes. The last Ghost House is the only one to feature Broozers (which are mostly placed near barrels). The first part of this level contains a large platform similar to the one first seen in World 1-2. There are Fuzzies and Big Fuzzies that move on rails in this level. This area features floating Water Balls that Mario needs to use to finish the level. This level has different colored spinning blocks which move at different speeds.
